Alternative Meal Option
If desired, Chick-fil-A kids’ meals (nuggets and fruit) may be substituted for pizza for the Birdie Bliss party package. This option is available for an additional $50 upcharge.

A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to secure your birthday party date. The remaining balance is due before your party begins on the day of the event. Tax is not included in pricing.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Cash payments must be exact change only.

Commonly Asked Questions / Birthday Party Policies

 

Will I have the entire space for my party?

All of our party packages include two hours of exclusive use of the Nest Egg Playroom for you and your guests. A member of our staff will be on site at all times to assist with anything you need and to ensure your party runs smoothly.

Your party will include approximately one hour of playtime and one hour in the party room, depending on how much time is needed in the party room.The party will begin in the playroom, and we will transition to the party room at the appropriate time. Once children leave the playroom, it will be closed for cleaning in preparation for the next party.

Please note: Children will not be allowed to return to the playroom after the transition to the party room.

Cancelations and Refunds?

Parties may be rescheduled one time at no additional fee if illness or weather prevents your event. Additional reschedules may be subject to a fee.

A 50% deposit is non-refundable and secures your party date. The remaining balance is refundable if the party is canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

Cancellations within 7 days of the party will forfeit the remaining balance, as staff, decorations, and supplies will have already been reserved.

Are there any requirements for my party guest?

All children will need to have a waiver on file before entering the playroom. Each guest will also need socks as shoes or bare feet are NOT allowed in the playroom. We do have socks available for $3/pair. Please note: The total price for the amount of socks needed for your guest will be added to your final party balance.

How many tables are in the party room?

Our party room features five white tables with chairs. Each table comfortably seats six to eight children.

The party room connects to a kitchen with a large island that may be used for serving food. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and basic food-serving supplies.

How many adults are allowed at my party?

While we understand the desire to include as many friends and family members as possible, our playroom is small and can become very crowded when there are too many adults present.

For birthday parties, our maximum capacity is 50 people total, including infants and children. For example, if 15 children attend your child’s party, you may have up to 35 adults.

Please note: Once we reach our maximum capacity for birthday’s, any additional arriving guests will unfortunately be turned away.

Are candles or other open flames allowed?

Birthday candles are welcome in the party room.

Open flames are not permitted anywhere else in the facility. This includes chafing dishes, sterno warmers, grills, or any other heating equipment.

How much time is allowed for setup and breakdown?

You may enter the facility 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up. After the party ends, you will have 15 minutes for cleanup, and all guests must exit the building within that time.

Please Note: A $25 fee will be charged for every 5 minutes past your allotted time.

If you feel you may need more time for setup, we will do our best to accommodate if time allows. You must call or email us to make arrangements for extra set up time.

Are there any limitations to decorations or activities?

You’re welcome to personalize your party space with decorations that suit your celebration. However, please note the following:

Prohibited Items: Confetti, confetti balloons, glitter, silly string, and piñatas are NOT allowed within the facility.

Hanging Decorations: Decorations may only be hung on designated areas within the party room to prevent damage to walls. Painter’s tape is the best option for hanging banners. No push pins, glue dots, or mounting tape is allowed.

For safety reason, we do NOT allow piñatas.

Is the party room or playroom wheelchair or special needs accommodating?

Our party room and bathrooms are ADA compliant. We strive to accommodate all children, including those with special needs. If your child has a specific need, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate within reason.

Are there any limitations on food?

Outside food and drinks are welcome but MUST remain in the party room at all times. Alcoholic beverages of any kind are NOT allowed.

Do you offer themed party decorations?

Our higher-tier party package includes basic birthday-themed decorations. If you’d like a specific theme for your child’s party, you’re welcome to bring your own decorations to make it extra special!
