  • Our playroom is the perfect destination for field trips of small class sizes - up to 20 children. We provide developmentally appropriate, educational activities in our back classroom, tailored to the age group visiting. During your visit, children also have full access to our front playroom. Your group will have exclusive use of the entire facility where they can play, explore, and learn in a safe, worry-free environment.

    • Please call us for field trip pricing.

    • Socks are required for all visitors. Grippy socks are required for all children.

    • We provide a complimentary water or juice and a pre-packaged snack for each child.

    • We require two teachers for children age 3 and up, four teachers for children age 2 and under. Please limit parent chaperones to 10 total.

    • Available Tuesday mornings from 9:30-11:30 or Monday–Thursday afternoons from 2-4

No. Decorations are not permitted for private play bookings.

Can I bring decorations for a private play booking?

Are food and drinks allowed for private play bookings?

Outside food and only non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Cookies and simple snacks are perfectly fine; however, desserts with frosting (such as cakes or cupcakes) are not permitted.

We also offer complimentary coffee, water, and juice boxes, along with a selection of pre-packaged snacks.

Looking for something easy and delicious? El Paka’s, a fantastic Mexican restaurant, and Grounded Coffee Shops is located right next door to The Nest Egg and makes take-out ordering a breeze.

Is our private play booking truly private?

Yes, your private play booking includes 2 hours of exclusive use of the entire playroom. The party room will be set up as well with table-top toy activities, along with a few special extras that aren’t always available during open play hours.

A staff member from The Nest Egg will be on site throughout your booking to assist with anything you may need.
