Welcome to The Nest Egg Playroom, where big adventures begin and imaginations take flight! Designed to spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and support meaningful play, our playroom is a joyful haven for children to learn, grow, and thrive.

Little adventurers can explore our themed play zones, including a pretend supermarket, veterinarian office, helicopter, and pizza parlor – each space carefully crafted to inspire creativity, role-playing, and fun. With engaging activities, hands-on toys, and a cozy, safe environment, The Nest Egg Playroom is the perfect place for children to dream big and spread their wings while families enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

    Our play space provides a safe, secure environment where children can learn and discover their world through play. Thoughtfully designed, child-sized exhibits that mirror everyday adult activities are perfect for children ages 3 to 10. We also offer a cozy room created specifically for our tiniest hatchlings, while older siblings can enjoy engaging table activities in our event space.

FAQs

  • Kids get hungry—and we all know what happens next… the cranky monster appears! So yes, snacks are absolutely welcome. We’ve set up a special snack zone just for eating. Food and drinks are not allowed in the play areas. We ask that parents please be mindful of allergies and leave snacks or foods containing peanut products at home.

    We also have a little treat station with small snacks, water, and juice boxes for a small fee.

  • While our main playroom is designed for children ages 3 to 10, we totally get it—you might not want to leave your slightly older kiddos at home on their own. That’s why we’ve created a spacious back-room play area that is perfect for children who have out-grown the main play space! It is stocked with fun table activities like Magnatiles, games, and other hands-on goodies. Older siblings are welcome to hang out and enjoy this space.

    Older children may also join the main play area as long as their behavior keeps the space fun and safe for everyone. No roughhousing or misuse of toys or materials, please! For the safety of all our guests, we reserve the right to ask any child to step out of the play area if necessary.

  • We are so happy that you are considering celebrating your child’s birthday at The Nest Egg Playroom.

    Walk-in celebrations are welcome to enjoy our play areas; however, party food, designated party spaces, and special party activities are reserved exclusively for scheduled private birthday parties.

    Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all of your guests for a walk-in birthday celebration, as we often reach capacity.

  • We absolutely do have a space specially designed for our youngest hatchlings! Infants and beginning walkers can enjoy a cozy, soft-floored room filled with activities created to support their physical, cognitive, and social development. It’s the perfect little nest for safe exploring and early play!

    Please note that children over 2 are not allowed in this space.

  • At The Nest Egg, we have two play areas designed for different ages and activities. Our main playroom is cozy and carpeted, making it perfect for little ones to play safely—so no shoes or bare feet are allowed in this space. Socks are required. Grippy socks are preferred. We do have socks available for purchase should you need them.

    Our back playroom offers a fun space for older children and shoes are welcome here.

  • Yes! We totally understand little ones needing a break to eat lunch or perhaps take a nap. You are welcome to come back a play later as long as we are not at capacity. We suggest calling before you come just to make sure!

  • Grounded Coffee is conveniently located right next to our playroom. They offer a wide variety of coffee drinks, as well as delicious muffins, pastries, and fresh items made in the kitchen.

    Please note that food and drinks are not permitted inside the playroom. All coffee and food must be enjoyed in our designated eating area before entering the playroom.
